Description
Naturally leavened baked cake, with “Ambrosoli” honey, filled with milk and “Ambrosoli” honey cream, studded with powdered sugar. From small intuitions, great masterpieces of taste can be born. The Original Pandoro invented by the pastry chef Domenico Melegatti in 1894 is proof that a unique and genuine taste can become an authentic tradition.

WHEAT flour, fresh EGGS, milk and “Ambrosoli” honey cream 15,5% [glucose syrup, sugar, water, “Ambrosoli” honey 10%*, butter (MILK), skimmed MILK powder 4,5% ( 0,7% on the finished product), flavours, colour: calcium carbonate, gelling agent: pectins, preservative: potassium sorbate], sugar, butter (MILK), natural sourdough yeast 5,5% (WHEAT flour, water, yeast), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids from vegetable origins, “Ambrosoli” honey 2%, skimmed MILK powder 0,5%, salt, cocoa butter, flavours. Bag of powdered sugar 8% (sugar, WHEAT starch, flavours). * The honey in this cake is produced by the historic Italian company G.B Ambrosoli, the percentage on the finished product is 3,5%.
