Yellow cherry tomatoes are a typical product of southern Italy, obtained from tomatoes cut in half, manually placed in glass jars and stabilised by a thermal pasteurisation process. The varieties used for the preparation of La Fiammante yellow 'Pacchetelle' have always been grown on hilly land and are characterised by a sweet-acidic taste, which makes them particularly suitable for the preparation of quick meat and fish dishes. Tomatoes of Italian origin come from farms located in Campania and Puglia and are obtained from non-GMO raw materials.
