Introducing Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Essenza di Carma, crafted from the Alto Lazio Blend of olives, including Leccino (78%) and Frantoio (22%). The olives are harvested by hand in a geological area rich in clay from the Pliocene period and the Volsinii volcanic deposit. The soil is clayey with tuff sand, creating a unique terroir for olive groves.
  • Harvested by hand from a six-hectare estate, ensuring the highest quality and care in every bottle.
  • The olives are harvested in October or November, depending on the season, and undergo continuous cycle milling for freshness and flavour.
  • Essenza di Carma is characterized by its medium fruity taste, with a medium green/gold colour and hints of artichoke, thistle, fresh grass, basil, rosemary, sweet almonds, chicory, and lettuce, offering a harmonious and aromatic experience.
