Sourced from the Valle del Belice in southern Italy, these Sicilian green olives are carefully pitted and pressed. Known locally as Castelvetrano olives, they are created using a traditional 10-day Castelvetrano technique, ensuring their freshness and crisp texture. 

• To preserve the olives' vibrant green colour and firm texture, they are plucked from the Italian Olea sativa trees just before they are fully ripe. 
• Rich in antioxidants and vitamin E.
• Olives are incredibly versatile as a snack, an appetiser, or a pizza topping.
