Description
Sourced from the Valle del Belice in southern Italy, these Sicilian green olives are carefully pitted and pressed. Known locally as Castelvetrano olives, they are created using a traditional 10-day Castelvetrano technique, ensuring their freshness and crisp texture.
- To preserve the olives' vibrant green colour and firm texture, they are plucked from the Italian Olea sativa trees just before they are fully ripe.
- Rich in antioxidants and vitamin E.
- Olives are incredibly versatile as a snack, an appetiser, or a pizza topping.
It may contain traces of nuts, peanuts and lupins.
Olives, salt. Antioxidant: E300 ascorbic acid. Acidity regulator: E270 lactic acid, E330 citric acid.
Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C.
