About this product

Description

Made from a mix of 6 types of wild and cultivated mushrooms with 10% Porcini mushrooms. After harvesting, the mushrooms are cleaned or washed, sorted, cut, frozen, blended and packaged. They are cut into cubes or kept whole according to their size.

Mushrooms in varying proportions [ champignon (Agaricus bisporus), oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus), shiitake (Lentinus edodes), nameko (Pholiota nameko), slippery jack mushroom (Suillus luteus), 10% porcini (Boletus edulis and its groups).

  • Keep frozen at -18°C
  • Once thawed, do not refreeze again. Keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
