Description
Made from a mix of 6 types of wild and cultivated mushrooms with 10% Porcini mushrooms. After harvesting, the mushrooms are cleaned or washed, sorted, cut, frozen, blended and packaged. They are cut into cubes or kept whole according to their size.

- Carefully selected after harvesting and does not contain any additives.

Mushrooms in varying proportions [ champignon (Agaricus bisporus), oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus), shiitake (Lentinus edodes), nameko (Pholiota nameko), slippery jack mushroom (Suillus luteus), 10% porcini (Boletus edulis and its groups).
- Keep frozen at -18°C
- Once thawed, do not refreeze again. Keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
