Description
Garbo, creates the finest croquettes, known for their perfect blend of ingredients. Their melt-in-your-mouth mashed potatoes have a crispy mozzarella topping, delivering both goodness and lightness of flavor.
- Cheese encased in a blend of milk-soaked bread and mashed potato.
- Perfect snack that only needs 5–7 minutes to be fried.
- Enjoy it on its own or round it out with wedge salad or tomato soup.
May contain: crustaceans, fish, peanuts, soya, nuts, celery, sesame seeds and derivatives, mustard products, sulphur dioxide, lupins, and molluscs.
Rehydrated Potato Flakes 69% (Dehydrated Potatoes, Emulsifiers E471, Stabiliser E450I, Spices, Antioxidants E304 - E223 (Sulphites), Natural Flavouring, Acidity Regulator E330, Mozzarella (Milk, Salt, Rennet, Lactic Ferments), Sunflower Oil, Salt, Whole Egg Powder, Melted Cheese Powder - Milk (Cheese, Melting Salts: E339Ii), Parsley, Pepper, Nutmeg. Ingredients Breading: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast, Permitted Food Coloring: Paprika Extract E160C, Sunflower Oil, Caramelised Sugar.
Once thawed, the product should not be refrozen.
- In a frying pan: Deep fry in hot oil at 170°C until desired crispiness is reached (5-7 minutes).
- In a preheated oven: Bake at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes.
- In air fryer: Cook at 200°C for about 10-12 minutes.
