Macaroon shell:  Almond powder  29%,  icing  sugar  (sugar,  corn  starch),  sugar,  liquid  pasteurized EGG  white,  water, powdered pasteurized EGG white, potato fiber, cocoa powder 0.7%, coloring foodstuffs (concentrate of carrot and paprika , blend of plants and fruit extracts (acerola, beetroot, lemon)), spent vanilla beans 0.04%.  
 Macaron filling:  Pasteurized cream, butter,  strawberry puree 14% (100% strawberry),  white chocolate (sugar,  cocoa butter, whole MILK  powder, lecithins), sugar, Ecuadorian dark chocolate 6% (Ecuadorian cocoa mass,  sugar, cocoa butter, natural flavor of vanilla), dark chocolate 5% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, lecithins), ALMOND  powder 1.5%, dehydrated strawberry concentrate 0.9%,  sorbitol, citrus fiber, Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar 0.4%, pectins, potato fiber, vanilla 
paste 0.02%.
Keep frozen at -18°C.
To fully appreciate all the smoothness of these macarons, thaw for 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours between 0 and +4°C. After thawing and keeping at +4° C, the product can be stored for 12 days.
