About this product

Description

This delicious ingredient is ideal for filling croissants, fruit tarts, pies or baked in the oven.  A natural lemon puree that can be used pre or post-bake. It is oven resistant up to 220°C.
  • Lemon juice and pulp (12%). 
  • Particularly suitable for the production of baked pastry.
  • Oven resistant, thixotropic, suitable for filling machine.
