Wheat (gluten) and eggs
Soft WHEAT flour, Durum WHEAT semolina, Barn EGGS 19,4%, Water.
Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Bring the salted water to a boil, place the pasta in the water while still frozen and once the water starts to boil again, leave to cook for 2-3 minutes, drain and season to taste.
