Description

Gelostella Mint Tin is a premium semi-finished paste designed to prepare ice creams with a refreshing and authentic mint flavour. This versatile product is also perfect for creating delightful granitas.

Syrup (sugar and water), glucose syrup, starch, safflower extract, acidifier (citric acid), flavours, stabilizer (pectin), colours (E101i, E131), and table salt. May contain soy, milk, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, and peanuts.

Store in a cool and dry place.

40-60 g of product per litre of milk base mix or water base mix for ice creams quenching your thirst. Stir well before use.
