The Fassona rib-eye is a premium boneless steak from the rib section. The ribeye is carved from the primal section called the beef rib. It falls between the chuck (shoulder) and the loin, and spans from ribs six through twelve.
- Less fat than traditional rib-eye cuts, it still offers a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
