This particular olive oil is produced by the Muraglia family, who have been crafting high-quality olive oils for over a century.The olives used in EVO Muraglia Coratina are hand-harvested in October and November, at the peak of ripeness. They are then cold-pressed using traditional stone mills within 24 hours of being picked, resulting in an oil with low acidity and high polyphenol levels. The oil has a bright green color and a robust flavour.
