Description
Homogenised, pasteurised and refrigerated egg yolks.
- For the preparation of patisserie products, ice cream, gastronomy and in any situation that requires better whipping yield, stability and consistency.
- 100 g of the product correspond to about 55 egg yolks.
- Storage between 0° C and +4° C
Homogenized End Pasteurised Hen Egg Yolk, Acidity Regulator (E330), Preservative (E202), Emulsifier (E471).
Store in the refrigerator at 2-4°C.
