A wood-smoked cooked ham made from the meat of Italian medium-heavy pigs, having a bone-in weight of about 11kg. Gastronomic excellence from a traditional recipe originated in Prague 200 years ago. Today the Prague recipe is reinterpreted with only the best thighs and fresh ingredients, for a superlative result. Skilfully deboned, the ham is shaped like an in-bone ham for prestige slicing.
