Description

A wood-smoked cooked ham made from the meat of Italian medium-heavy pigs, having a bone-in weight of about 11kg. Gastronomic excellence from a traditional recipe originated in Prague 200 years ago. Today the Prague recipe is reinterpreted with only the best thighs and fresh ingredients, for a superlative result. Skilfully deboned, the ham is shaped like an in-bone ham for prestige slicing. 
  • The unusual flavouring used for this product offers a skilfully balanced blend of fragrances. 
  • The flavours of the herbs and fresh vegetables are followed by a slightly smoky after-taste.
  • The addition of Becherova, the Czech Republic's most famous liqueur, gives Villani Prague ham a distinctive character and an unmistakable flavour. Also excellent slightly reheated, as tradition dictates.
