This traditional dove-shaped cake, handcrafted in Sicily, blends the richness of Sicilian chocolate with the sweetness of wild strawberry jam. Each bite is a testament to the 36-hour slow-rise process, ensuring a soft, chewy texture and aromatic flavour. 

  • Topped with dark chocolate and Modica chocolate drops, it comes with a 180g jar of chocolate cream for the perfect complement. 
  • It is a delightful mix of tastes and fragrances, free from candied fruit and elegantly hand-wrapped for festive celebrations.
  • Each cake is meticulously hand-wrapped in Sicily, ensuring a personal touch of Italian craftsmanship.
