Caffé Vergnano’s most prestigious blend is composed of the selection of the best Arabica origins from South America and Central Africa. It is slowly roasted by single-origin, strictly following the traditional method. The medium roast results in a delicate and aromatic blend. The presence of one single Robusta origin, in the best selections, allows for hazelnut-coloured coffee with chocolate hints, and a high and persistent crema with amber stripes.
