Our traditional cooked corn-fed chicken roast is prepared using a time-honoured recipe that involves marinating the halal-certified chicken for about a day with fresh ingredients like rosemary, sage, laurel leaves, garlic, salt, and pepper. This process ensures a rich and flavourful roast that captures the essence of traditional cooking.
- Marinated for 24 hours with a blend of aromatic herbs and spices for a delicious and authentic flavour.
- Slow-roasted in the oven to perfection, resulting in tender and juicy meat with a golden-brown crust.
- Pair it with baked potatoes, fried potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a crisp salad for a satisfying and wholesome meal.
Whole corn-fed chicken, fine salt of Trapani, mixed peppercorn, garlic, fresh rosemary and crushed laurel.
Store in the refrigerator at 2-4°C. Do not freeze.
