Cereals, soybeans, milk, nuts, and eggs
Wheat flour type “00”, sugar, vegetable cream (vegetable oils and fats), milk proteins, soy lecithin, pasteurised buffalo cheese (13%), pasteurised whole eggs, butter, corn starch, milk powder, mother yeast (soft wheat flour "0"), sunflower oil, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch, vanillin), honey, brewer's yeast, natural yeast, salt, and pure vanillin.
Store it frozen at -18° C. To ensure a soft product, defrost it at room temperature for at least 180 minutes or defrost it at night and use it the following morning. Once thawed, do not refreeze, but store it in the fridge and consume it within 3/4 days.
