Description
Gargnano has been making pasta for years in Gragnano near Naples in Italy, the home of pasta. The pasta is a food product, obtained from the mixing of durum wheat semolina with water from the local aquifer. Durum wheat shaped using a bronze die gives Gargnano pasta its premium taste and texture.
- We knead the semolina with cold water at a low temperature to ensure greater pasta firmness while cooking.
- Produced locally with 100% Italian hard durum wheat semolina without GMO, trans fat, saturated fat and added sugar.
- Especially loved in combination with pesto but also with fragrant seafood recipes.
