Description
Burrata is a typical cheese from the South of Italy, Apulia in particular. It is artisanal (handmade), with an outer mozzarella skin filled with cream and strips of mozzarella (stracciatella). Casinetto has selected a dairy company in Apulia as a partner for Casinetto`s Burrata, with a recipe that utilizes only natural whey (sieroinnesto) to assure a rich and traditional taste.
