Gluten (wheat) & dairy

Dough 65%: (Wheat Flour, water, mix of vegetable oils (sunflower oil, cottonseed oil), salt, dextrose.

Filling 35%: Spinach, Mizithra (whey cheese) (pasteurised cow, goat, and sheep’s milk whey, salt), wheat semolina, onion, leek, starch, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, thiamin), salt, raising agent: potassium bicarbonate), flavouring, salt, dill, black pepper.

Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Thaw till it is defrosted and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
