Pink Lady has light red-pink overtones on yellow skin and an even shape. These juicy apples also make great ingredients to prepare desserts. The crisp apples retain their shape when baked in pies, tarts, and pancakes or poached and paired with cinnamon, nutmeg or vanilla.
