Cantabrian anchovy fillets from Delicius are selected from only the best quality Italian fish with the genuine taste of Sicilian tradition. The Cantabrian anchovies are less salty compared to standard anchovies and can be consumed as they are directly from the can. These anchovy fillets are thick and tasty, they have a pinkish colour. It is ideal with rice, finger food, pizza, appetizers, couscous and even desserts.
