About this product

Description

Produced by the Rondolino family in Piedmont, Italy, Acquerello is the finest carnaroli rice. Since 1935, the Rondolinos have specialized in cultivating this prized rice, focusing on its nutrient-rich germ for superior cooking absorption and nutrition. It's the world's only white rice processed to perfection, ideal for exquisite risotto.
  • This rice, which is sometimes aged for up to three years, is best used in paella, risotto or arancini, but can also be a great ingredient in cold rice salads.
  • The vacuum tin is ideal to keep the rice fresh and makes it easy to store. 
  • Because of its nutrient-rich qualities, it has a nutritional profile closer to brown rice.
