Our story

Canuti is a distinguished Italian pasta-maker established in Rimini, Emilia-Romagna, in 1950 by Mario Canuti. As one of the early pioneers of frozen fresh pasta in Italy during the 1980s, the company modernised its craft while preserving authentic artistry. Today, Canuti specialises in IQF-frozen filled and unfilled pasta, tailored for the professional foodservice channel. Their pasta is crafted with care—leveraging bronze-die extrusion for extra rough surface texture and deep freezing to preserve freshness, both key for texture and flavour. Over time, Canuti expanded to over 150 pasta variants, from traditional “Le Classiche” and stone-ground “Le Riscoperte” to artisan-crafted “Le A Mano” and organic lines. With international reach spanning more than 35 countries, and a focus on delivering consistent premium quality, Canuti remains a trusted partner of haute cuisine and HORECA markets worldwide.
