Alce Nero Semolina is crafted from 100% organic Cappelli durum wheat grown in Italy, enriched with vitamin B1. Free from flavourings and instant in preparation, this semolina is ideal for infants aged 6 months and older, providing a nourishing introduction to the taste of cereals.

Wheat (gluten)

Organic wheat flour (Triticum Dicoccum), vitamin B1. May contain soybeans, mustard and other cereals containing gluten

Store in a cool and dry place. Once the package is opened, keep the contents in an airtight container and consume within 3-4 weeks

Bring water to the boil (100°C) in a small saucepan. Use approximately one tablespoon (equal to 5g) for every 50ml of water.
