Description
A classic recipe of Roman and Lazio cuisine, Maccaroni Amatriciana is a fragrant and intense dish that is loaded with fantastic flavours. Ready in 5 minutes, a quick and easy way to enjoy a delicious meal during office lunch break! The Rigatoni which is used in this recipe is a favourite pasta shape in the south of Italy, especially in Sicily.
How to cook:
- In the microwave oven: Heat for 5 minutes at 800 W. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM
- In the pan: Remove the film and pour the contents of the pan into the pan. Heat over medium heat with a drizzle of oil and a cup of water for 7/8 minutes, stirring occasionally
MACCHERONI (42,3%) (durum WHEAT flour, water), tomato pulp, bacon (pork belly, salt, dextrose, spices, natural flavours), carrots, onions, CELERY, extra virgin olive oil, grated mature cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), salt, basil, pepper. May contain traces of - soy, and dried fruit.
