Description

The classic fried eggplant breaded nuggets. Delicious small morsels of an aubergine filled with mozzarella and embraced by a light breading: perfect also for appetizers and aperitifs.

Grilled Aubergines 70%, Mozzarella 5% (Milk, Salt, Rennet, Milk Enzymes), Cheese - Milk (Cheese, Salt, Emulsifier E339), Full-Cream Milk, Water, Salt, Garlic, Parsley, Pepper. Broth Preparation: Iodised Salt, Potato Starch, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Vegetable Palm Fat, Potato Maltodextrins, Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Carrot, Celery, Parsley), Extract Of Vegetable Protein Broth (Soy, Corn), Sunflower Oil, Spices, Natural Flavouring. Breading Preparation: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast. Food Coloring: Paprika Extract E160C, Caramelised Sugar. Salt. Sunflower Seed Oil.
