Our returns policy is valid for 2 days from the date of delivery. If more than 2 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, if the product is free of defects, or if you have found it at a lower price elsewhere. For reasons of hygiene, safety, or under the law, certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. These exceptions include, but are not limited to, chilled and frozen products, baby food, and milk.
